OT 5112 - Old Testament Exposition I - A study of each OT book against the historical background. Important issues such as history, culture, and thought of the ancient Near East will be investigated. Covers Genesis through Esther.
TH 5320 - Biblical Interpretation - This fundamental course provides an overview of the field of theological learning, establishes the necessity of biblical authority, upholds the inerrancy of the Bible, and evaluates the history and methods of biblical interpretation.
TH 5310 - Intro. to Theological Research - This course is designed to introduce students to theological research including methods, computer resources, form, and style. TH 5311 Theology I: Prolegomena & Bibliology - This course provides a study of the doctrine of God as revealed in Scripture and discussed in the historic creeds of the church with attention to God's divine attributes and the doctrine of Revelation.
OT 5113 - Old Testament Exposition 2 - A study of each OT book against the historical background. Important issues such as history, culture, and thought of the ancient Near East will be investigated. Covers Job through Malachi.
NT 5221 Introduction to Greek I - A study of basic grammar and syntax of biblical Greek incuding vocabulary acquisition and selected readings in the New Testament.
NT 5222 Introduction to Greek 2 - A study of basic grammar and syntax of biblical Greek inculding vocabulary acquisition and selected readings in the New Testament.
NT 6252 Book of Acts - Exposition of Acts.
TH 5312 Paterology, Christology, Pneumatology - A study of the doctrine of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit as revealed in Scripture and discussed in the historic creeds of the church with attention to the incarnation, the life of Christ, the cross, and the resurrection. The role of the Holy Spirit in the appliction of salvation, justification, sanctification, and the means of grace is examined also.

NT 5230 Greek Readings - Selected readings in the New Testament Greek text assigned by the professor of record.
TH 5322 Introduction to Apologetics & Worldviews - A study and defense of Christian theism with attention to the relationship between faith and reason, natural theology, and philosophical theism are presented in order to protect and promote the Christian faith.
After completion of all classes then you will be ready to begin the second year of study.
