The Most Important Decisison of Our Lives
Every human being who is born into this world instinctively knows two things: that he or she is a sinner and that there is something beyond mere mortal existence. If one reasonably concludes that there is a superior being - GOD - who created the universe and the creatures in it, a strategy must be developed to reconcile their sinful condition with God for Eternity. Romans 3:23 says that "all have fallen short of the glory of God" so no one can ever be good enough through their own efforts to be with God in eternity." The wages of sin is death which is separation from God forever" (Romans 6:23). So to reconcile the sinful condition the penalty for sin must be paid.
One must either pay the penalty for themselves or have another pay it for them. Since good deeds alone will never be enough (Titus 3:5-7) to pay for personal sin, the only real solution to the problem is to find one who can. There is only One in history who made the claim to pay for the sins of others and was not bound Himself by sin. Thus, through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, on the cross, He paid the penalty for the sins of mankind. Therefore God, through His mercy and grace, has provided a gift for every person born into this world. Anyone who believes that Jesus Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-3), shall in that instant share God's gift of eternal life. It is an irrevocable gift from God (Romans 11:29), not a result of human merit (Ephesians 2:8-9) and thus can never be forfeited. If you have not done so, please believe inthe Lord Jesus Christ and possess everlasting life.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved (John 3:16)
